- Engagement records needed to deliver briefings (instrument lists, scheduling notes, invoices)
We do not ask for national ID numbers, full account credentials, or payment card details through the website form.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to briefing requests, deliver contracted work, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal accounting obligations in Thailand.
Legal bases
Where Thai personal data protection law applies, we process data based on your request to take steps toward a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a professional desk, and legal obligations for financial records. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them via the cookie banner.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become engagements are typically retained up to 24 months. Engagement files and invoices are retained for the period required by Thai accounting and tax rules, generally at least five years.
