Refunds and cancellations
Eligibility, timeframes, and process for refunds on sentiment briefings, positioning reviews, and divergence clinics.
Scope
This policy applies to paid engagements with Devpipeline Base: institutional versus retail sentiment briefings, positioning review sessions, and divergence clinics. It does not cover third-party products, software subscriptions, or physical goods — we do not sell those.
Cooling-off and eligibility
Because preparation begins after scope lock and deposit, completed analytical work is generally non-refundable once the written note or clinic materials have been substantially started. You may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid if you write to us before we confirm that preparation has started, and in any event within 14 days of payment if no preparation has begun.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after preparation has started but before the walkthrough or clinic date:
- Flagship briefing: deposit is retained for work already performed; unused balance for the live walkthrough may be refunded up to 50% if cancellation is received at least 3 business days before the scheduled session.
- Positioning review: cancellations at least 2 business days before the sitting may receive a 50% refund; later cancellations are non-refundable.
- Divergence clinic: cancellations at least 7 business days before the clinic date may receive a refund of amounts paid minus the 30% deposit; later cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Non-refundable items
- Work already delivered (written notes sent, sessions completed, clinic packs distributed)
- Accelerated same-week preparation premiums once preparation has begun
- Third-party room or travel costs booked at your request and already incurred
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least 2 business days notice for reviews and briefings, or 5 business days for clinics. Further reschedules may require a rebooking fee of THB 3,000. No-shows forfeit fees for that sitting.
Work already started
If instruments change materially after preparation begins, we may treat the change as a new scope rather than a refund event. We will quote any additional fee before continuing.
Refund process and timing
Email contact@devpipelinebase.digital with your invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank timeline thereafter depends on your institution.
